Jagat campsite - en route to Tsum Valley. This was the place where I had somewhat of a spiritual, mental breakthrough. The trail opened up into a beautiful valley along a river, and I was overcome by such a feeling of calm and peace. Also, the roosters on the sign were cool.

only here

youseethelagoon:

Sometimes when I’m walking here at night, it becomes very clear that I should not be out alone. Not because I feel as though it is particularly dangerous, just because no one else it out. Shops are closed, everyone is home - there is no longer any reason for me to be wandering through dark alleys by myself. I had this thought yesterday when I was walking down an especially dark and creepy alley, and heard footsteps behind me. Footsteps of multiple people. I started to walk a little faster, but could tell that they were still right behind me. As hard as I tried not to look over my shoulder, I couldn’t help it and I snuck a peek. And there was a gang. A gang of monks. Only in Nepal.

About Me

I grew up in a small town helping my parents on their farm. There I developed my love for nature and a desire to explore. Now I travel around the world photographing nature.

Interests

I love to travel. I have been everywhere, from Alaska to Zimbabwe. For every trip I keep a travel log of my adventures and capture the world as I see it.

Check out my photo gallery to get a glimpse into where I have been. And drop me a line if want to find out more. I always love to hear from fellow travelers.

Aspirations

I am looking for my next big adventure. There are still many places I want to visit and even more to which I want to return. The camera is charged up and my backpack is packed; drop me a line if you know where I should go next.
