This temple is only opened during the Chhath festival and is usually surrounded by an impassible steel fence. Luckily, some enterprising photographer (or more likely…thief) kicked out a section of fence in just the right spot for me to place my camera. The water below the temple is quite polluted, though not so much that it cannot support a large number of catfish. The colors at dawn were quite beautiful and I was taken by the strong reflection of orange and gold lights. </p> </blockquote>

I grew up in a small town helping my parents on their farm. There I developed my love for nature and a desire to explore. Now I travel around the world photographing nature.

Interests

I love to travel. I have been everywhere, from Alaska to Zimbabwe. For every trip I keep a travel log of my adventures and capture the world as I see it.
